Most Frequent Issues and Solutions

You have registered for TrickStrong RX, but were redirected here when you attempted to enter.

Reason #1: Your payment didn't go through when registering.

If you did not receive confirmation following this screen, your payment did not go through and you will not have access to RX.

Allow full loading time when processing payment. Solutions to this issue are below the images.

you have two options to fix this:

1. contact us with the username and e-mail you registered with so we can delete it on our end. You will then be able to re-register with the same information. Make sure you complete the payment process and you will be granted full access to trickstrong rx. 

2. if you want to access RX right now without waiting for a reply from us, just re-register with a different username and e-mail. Make sure you complete the payment process and you will be granted full access to trickstrong rx.  we would still appreciate it if you let us know about the username that didn’t work so we can delete it and keep things clean on our end. 

Reason #2: You are not logged in.

Be sure to log in here:

in the future, get to the login page from the drop-down menu above: Trickstrong RX > Members Only > Log in

Reason #3: You are logged in on another device.

Our system prevents multiple login locations with the same account. You may have to log out of your account the other device first. 

sometimes, trying to log in again does the trick. 

I can't figure out why I'm being redirected to this page!

Try the following:

1. make sure the above issues are not applicable to you. 

2. refresh the page.

3. try a different browser.

4. contact us if your issue doesn’t resolve.
