OUR STORY

Trickstrong began as neil toussaint’s passion project while he was still in physical therapy school in new york.

He wanted to combine his passion for tricking, physical therapy and for living a life of unlimited potential. 

trickstrong’s logo was born from the japanese enso of zen buddhism. The Enso is a caligraphy circle that is drawn in one stroke. It represents  a moment in time where the mind is free to let the body create. The circle can never be drawn perfectly – but through daily practice the practitioner gets closer. the practitioner becomes more aware of themselves and their surroundings. the circle is a symbol of strength, stability and community. the fire is the passion that fuels this moment.

Neil’s passion for community gave rise to trickstrong gathering  – an event where athletes from around the world come together to train, learn from each other and push past their mental and physical barriers. 

at the conclusion of the first trickstrong event, neil knew he would need a team of like-minded individuals in order to increase the reach of trickstrong’s message. 

today, team trickstrong has hosted seven international events, instructed dozens of seminars, launched an online injury prevention platform and has inspired many to live more passionate and goal-oriented lives.

Is this medical advice?

Absolutely not. While we are medical professionals, we have no way of evaluating or treating any injury without speaking with you. our videos are intended for educational purposes only. if you choose to implement the information presented on this platform, you do so at your own risk. as always, please consult a health care provider for an in-person evaluation when you are injured. 

If this isn't medical advice, then what is it?

 trickstrong rx is a platform for tricking athletes to improve their athletic performance and to help prevent occurrence and recurrence of injury.

Will I really be able to return to tricking?

Individual results will vary. However, many of our clients have returned from injury to full activity after implementing our methods.  Try it out for a month and feel the difference!

Should I see a doctor?

if you are asking this question, you should probably seek medical advice regarding your issue. 

Will I notice a difference in my performance?

Individual results will vary. However, increased mobility, strength, explosiveness, neuromuscular control, nutrition, lifestyle habits, etc. will all have very noticeable effects on your tricks. Many that we have worked with have gotten past plataeus and landed new tricks.  Try it out for a month and feel the difference!

I don't see my injury listed on the site. Can I request rehab info and/or exercises be put on the site?

Absolutely! We encourage input from the community to curate rx content. You can post on the RX members facebook group or you can contact us. 

When can I start doing exercises after an injury?

it will always depend on the nature and severity of the injury, but you can typically start right away! we have programs that guide you from the very first stages of injury back to your previous level and beyond!

How do I get access to RX?

it’s easy! you just have to register and subscribe. Login via the drop down menu above. once you are logged in, click on rx vault for access to all of our amazing content!

How often are you updating the content on RX?

we add new videos weekly! Updates for new content will be on the rx members facebook page and via e-mail. 

How much new content can we expect every week?

it’s hard to give a specific number of videos as our content varies greatly between programs. however, you can expect a new addition to multiple programs every week!

How do I get the mobile application?

our mobile app is known as a progressive web application. that means it will work on any device – android, tablets and iphone!
Andriod instructions:
you simply have to visit trickstrong.com on your phone and agree to add trickstrong to your home screen. if you selected no in the past, just clear your browser history by clicking on the lock icon in the address bar. once you clear your cache, you will get the notification again. 

Iphone instructions:
Visit trickstrong.com and press the share button (button with the up arrow) located either at the bottom of the page or the address bar depending on the browser. from there, find “add to home screen”. that’s it!

Do you do consultations over the phone, e-mail or video chat?

this is absolutely in the works for the future! We will let the rx community know when this is available. for now, we are focused on creating consistently great content for you all via trickstrong rx. at this time, any answers we provide regarding specific injuries will be for informational use only. answers will be based on our clinical experiences and will not be specific recommendations for what you should do. Again, this is not medical advice (I think you get the point).  

What is your refund policy?

we have a 30 day money back guarantee! if you are not satisfied with trickstrong rx for any reason, you will receive a 100% money back within the first month of purchase.  

Should I share my account?

our software is designed to  have one access point login. it will lock out additional users of the same account. If you are suddenly logged out, this is usually why!
