Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Who we are and scope
This page describes the terms and privacy practices for TrickStrong, LLC, including its brands Performer’s Edge and TrickStrong RX (collectively, “TrickStrong,” “we,” or “us”). It applies to our websites, the TrickStrong RX app, emails, social media, and any services that link to this page.

Educational use only
Content from TrickStrong, including our websites, social media, YouTube videos, RX app, and virtual sessions, is for educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a licensed provider. We provide clinical care only through in-person sessions with licensed professionals. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified provider.

Information we collect
We may collect:
• Contact details you submit, such as name, email, and phone
• Intake and coaching details you choose to share during booking or services
• Usage data from our sites and app, such as pages viewed, links clicked, device information, and approximate location
• Payment and subscription details processed by our vendors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information
We use information to operate our services, respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, deliver coaching and programs, improve content, run analytics, and measure or improve advertising when enabled.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure usage, and improve performance and ads. This includes Google Analytics and, when enabled, advertising tools from Google and Meta. Cookies help us understand which pages are used and whether our ads are effective.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage data. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising and retargeting
If we run ads, we may use Google Ads and Meta technologies to show ads to people who visited our sites. You can manage ad preferences here: Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences. Industry opt-outs are also available at US AdChoices and YourOnlineChoices for the EU. Where consent is required, we set advertising cookies only after you agree.

Sharing of information
We share information with service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling, video conferencing, analytics, and payment processing. We require them to use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed secure.

Your choices and rights
• Manage cookies using the cookie banner and the Cookie Settings link in our footer
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@trickstrong.com
• California residents can use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer

International visitors
If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. Where local law requires consent for analytics or advertising cookies, we honor your choices.

Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Use of content
All TrickStrong content, including videos, programs, and written materials, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce it without written permission. Sharing publicly available content with attribution is welcome. Commercial use without permission is not allowed.

Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The “Updated” date shows the latest version.
